NIANTIC - RANGERS WANTED APP
ROLE: XR Director / Art Director, Concept Design, XR Media Creation, UI / UX Design
Produced at Trigger XR, 2023

The Rangers Wanted app was a challenging but exciting project work on as the XR director. Designed in collaboration with the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library, Niantic, the Future of Storytelling, and Trigger XR, I had the privilege of art directing and collaborating with a fantastic team.

Built on Niantic’s Lightship ARDK, the app takes kids on an adventure with Teddy Roosevelt, exploring the natural world through augmented reality. Along the way, they encounter animals like beavers, bumblebees, ocelots, and woodpeckers, learning fun facts and conservation lessons through interactive gameplay. The app encourages outdoor exploration and fosters a sense of responsibility through gamified elements like earning badges for learning achievements.
